Both locations book through Resy and take calls during service. Seatings are 90 minutes at a flat $100 per person — weekends open in advance and fill quickly.
Short version: be on time, tell us about allergies, and order the encore round a few pieces at a time.
Timed seatings
Every reservation is a 90-minute seating that starts at your booked time, not when you arrive. Please show up a few minutes early so you get the full meal.
Large parties
Both rooms are narrow counters, so groups above six are best arranged directly with the restaurant. A 20% gratuity applies automatically to parties of five or more.
Allergies
Note allergies in your Resy booking and tell your chef when you sit. We can work around most shellfish and single-fish allergies, but the menu is seafood-led throughout.
Cancellations
Manage or cancel through Resy. Because seats are timed and limited, late cancellations affect a small room more than most — please give us notice where you can.
Prefer a human
Call the counter directly.
For same-day seats, large groups or anything unusual, the fastest route is a phone call during service hours.
Every seating is a flat $100 per person and includes the full 14-course omakase set, unlimited encore rounds of select nigiri and small plates, bottomless sake and Japanese beer, and house-made ice cream at the end. Tax and gratuity are additional.
How long is the experience?
Seatings run 90 minutes from your reservation time. Because seats are timed and the counter is small, arriving late shortens your own meal — please plan to be there a few minutes early.
Is it really all-you-can-eat premium fish?
Yes. After the omakase set, you can reorder from the encore list as many times as you like — including lean tuna, chutoro, otoro, salmon and A5 wagyu. There is no cap on rounds within your seating.
What is the leftover charge?
To minimise food waste, any uneaten piece from the unlimited round is charged $10. It only applies to the encore round, never to the omakase set. Order a few pieces at a time and you will never see it.
How do I book a table?
Reservations are handled on Resy for both locations, and each restaurant takes phone calls during service hours. Weekend seatings open up in advance and fill quickly — book early.
Do you take walk-ins?
Occasionally, if a seat opens up. Both rooms are small and timed, so a reservation is by far the safest way in.
Can you handle allergies or dietary restrictions?
Tell us when you book and again when you sit down. Our chefs can work around most shellfish and specific-fish allergies. The menu is seafood-led, so it is not suited to fully vegetarian or vegan diners.
Is there a gratuity policy for larger parties?
A 20% gratuity is added automatically for parties of five or more.
What is the atmosphere like?
Loud, warm and social. We kept the quality of a high-end omakase counter and dropped the hush — expect music, chefs who talk to you, and a room that feels like a party.
How do I join a sushi-making class?
Classes are led by our head chefs at select locations and are booked by direct message on Instagram (@sourajinyc). Tell us your preferred date and party size and we will confirm a spot.
